This site has no accounts or payment features. The only form is the correction form on the Contact page. It asks for an email address or phone number (required), a message (required), and optionally your name and a state. We use these only to review your correction and to reply to you.

Your message is delivered to us through a third-party form service. That service processes your submission on our behalf and may keep a copy. We do not use these details for advertising and do not sell them.

Please never enter driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers or payment information anywhere on this site.

Location

The Office Locator can use your device location only after you press a button and grant browser permission. The position is used inside your browser to sort offices and is not sent to or stored by this site.

Hosting and logs

The site is static pages. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and request time for security and operation.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used in this version. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where required.

Official agency sites and map directions links are operated by others and have their own privacy policies.
